Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place lamb in a roasting tray in centre of oven. Leave to rest for 5 minutes before carving. Ensure surface of meat is thoroughly cooked. *QUICK ROAST 30-35 mins* ON FOP (Time 30-35 minutes Oven: 180°C, Fan: 160°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 4)
