Oven cook

Preheat oven. Place the foil tray in the middle of the preheated oven and cook for 1 hour. Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 10 minutes, ensure the centre of the meatloaf is thoroughly cooked, the juices run clear and no pink meat remains. Heat the contents of the sauce sachet in a saucepan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, stir occasionally to prevent burning. Carve the meatloaf and pour sauce over the meatloaf to serve. (Time 1 hour, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
