Oven cook

Rare 20 minutes. Medium 30 minutes. Well Done 40 minutes. Preheat oven. Place joint on a tray in the centre of the preheated oven and cook as above. …Empty the contents of the gravy sachet into a saucepan. Heat over medium heat for 1-2 minutes until piping hot, stir well before serving. Due to the natural variability in the thickness of the meat, the cooking instructions provided are a base guide. For thicker joints, additional cooking time may be required. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. For best results, cover the joint with foil and leave to rest for 10 minutes. Remove strings before slicing. (Time 20 - 40 minutes, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
