Preheat the oven. …Remove all packaging including the parchment paper. Place chips on a preheated baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 5 minutes. …Add the battered haddock to the same tray and cook for a further 20 minutes. (Time 25 minutes, Oven: 200, Fan: 180, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
