Oven cook

From Chilled

To cook in a conventional oven. 1. Pre-heat oven to 190/170 Fan°C, Gas Mark 5. 2. Remove wrapper and replace Camembert in ceramic dish. 3. Make a 5cm cross cut into the top of the cheese and place on the baking tray and bake for 25 minutes in the centre of the oven. 4. Remove from the oven, peel back the corners of the cheese rind being careful of the hot cheese. Open sachets and top cheese with compote, Almonds and Walnuts. 5. Place cheese back into the oven for a further 10 minutes. Check that the product is hot before serving. Serve immediately. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 25 + 10 mins, Oven: 190°C, Fan: 170°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 5)
