Remove all packaging. Preheat oven Type Temp Well Done Medium Rare Electric 180°C 30 mins 25 mins 20 mins per 500g (½Kg) Fan 160°C 30 mins 25 mins 20 mins per 500g (½Kg) Gas Gas 4 30 mins 25 mins 20 mins per 500g ( ½Kg) + 30 mins + 25 mins + 20 mins Place in a roasting tin in the oven. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. Leave to rest in a warm place for 10-15 minutes before carving. Cooks tip: seal joint for 3-4 minutes in a hot frying pan, turning occassionally. Then cook as above. ( Oven: 180°C, Fan: 160°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 4)
