Pan Fry. Time: 12-14 mins. Remove all packaging. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan. Place the meat into the pan, turn occasionally until thoroughly cooked, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Preheat 1 tbsp oil in a non-stick frying pan. Add the pork and cook for 4-5 mins until browned. Add choice of sauce or stock and vegetables and bring to the boil. Transfer to an ovenproof dish, cover and place in oven. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. (Time 1 - 1 1/4 hours, Oven: 170°C, Fan: 150°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 3)
