Wash and peel parsnips, cut into even sized chunks, place parsnip chunks in to steamer, bring the water to boiling and steam for 8-10 minutes. Or when the parsnips are soft. (Time 8-10 minutes)
Roast:preheat the oven to 220C, gas mark 7. Wash and peel the parsnips, and cut into even sized pieces. Carefully add to a roasting tin with 4 tbsp of hot oil and roast on the top shelf of the oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden and tender. (Time 25 - 30 minutes Oven: 220°C, Fan: Fan 200°C, Gas: Gas Mark Gas 7)
