Oven cook

Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven. Ensure the surface of meat is thoroughly cooked. Leave to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Bands may be removed before carving. (Time 45-50 minutes, Oven: 180°C, Fan: 160°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 4)
