Grill Time: 8-12 mins. Grilling Instructions: Preheat grill. Remove all packaging. Place the trout fillets on a baking tray, skin side down and dot with butter. Place under a medium grill. Turn halfway through cooking. Cook until the trout turns opaque and the flakes can be gently parted with a fork.
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Loosely wrap trout fillets in buttered foil to make a parcel, place on a baking tray in centre of oven. (Time 15 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
