Pan Fry. Pan Fry logo. RARE MEDIUM WELL DONE. 8 - 12 mins 12 - 16 mins 16 - 20 mins. Remove from the packaging and allow to breathe for 10 mins. Heat 1 tsp of oil in a frying pan. Place steaks into the pan, turning halfway through cooking time. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked.
