Oven cook

Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Preheat a non-stick frying pan and seal rack on high heat for 2 minutes on each side. Transfer to a roasting tray and place in oven until juices run pink for medium or clear for well-done. Cover with foil and rest in a warm place for 5 minutes before carving. see reverse of sleeve for serving suggestion - Rack of Lamb with a Herb Crust (Time well done 20-22mins, medium 15-17mins, Oven: 190°C, Fan: 170°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 5)
