Made with beef produced from cattle sired by registered pedigree Aberdeen Angus bulls. Seasoned with coarse sea salt and cracked black pepper. British beef produced from native Aberdeen Angus cattle. Aberdeen Angus beef characteristically has a fine marbling of cream fat running through the meat, this results in succulent tender and richly flavoured beef. Additional Frozen Instructions: Grill. Frozen 16-18mins. Preheat grill. Place on grill rack under a medium to high heat, turning occasionally until thoroughly cooked, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Pan fry Frozen 18-20mins. Heat 1 tbsp. of oil in a frying pan. Place burgers into the pan and cook on high heat to seal, turn to seal other side. Reduce heat and continue to cook, turning occasionally until thoroughly cooked, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.
