Additional Frozen Instructions: POACH FROM FROZEN 8-10 minutes. Remove all packaging. Place cod in a pan and cover with either water or milk. Bring to boil, cover and reduce heat to a gentle simmer. Do not reheat once cooled.
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Loosely wrap cod in baking parchment or lightly buttered foil and place on a baking tray in centre of oven. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 20-25 minutes, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C)
