Microwave

From Frozen

Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook. Remove all packaging. Place 1 smoked haddock fillet on a microwaveable plate, cover with film. After cooking, leave to stand for 2 minutes. Check that product is hot before serving.

Oven cook

From Frozen

Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Loosely wrap smoked haddock in baking parchment or lightly buttered foil and place on a baking tray in centre of oven. (Time 20-22 minutes, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C)
