Remove sleeve. Pierce film in several places. Place on a microwaveable plate. Check food is piping hot - if not reheat for further brief period. Stand for 1 minute before serving. Stir before serving. Do not reheat once cooled. Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook. (800W: 4 mins 30 secs, 900W: 4 mins, 1000W: 3 mins 30 secs)
