Pan Fry. Time: 7-10 minutes. Remove all packaging. Preheat a non-stick frying pan to a medium/high heat. Add steaks first and sear for 3-4 minutes each side. Reduce heat and add the butters. Baste for 1-2 minutes. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.
