OVEN COOK CHILLED. Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Set the pot of sour cream dip to the side. Place wedges on a baking tray in centre of oven. Turn halfway through cooking. Serve immediately with dip. Do not reheat once cooked. (Time 18-20 mins, Oven: 220°C, Fan: 200°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 7)
