Preheat oven to 220°C, Gas 7, Fan 200°C. Remove all packaging. Place potatoes and goose fat onto a preheated baking tray. Place in the centre of the oven. Cook for 40-45 minutes. Turn three times during cooking until golden brown and crisp. Stand for 1 minute after heating. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. (Time 40 - 45 mins, Oven: 220, Fan: 200, Gas: Gas Mark 7)
