Our pork belly has been slow-cooked for 10 hours for you, so the meat is succulent and tender; all you have to do is finish under the grill and glaze. Perfect served in a toasted sourdough roll with charred corn on the cob and a fresh green leaf salad.

Preheat grill. Remove the sachet and put to one side. Remove meat from pouch, and discard liquid and jelly. Slice meat into six pieces, arrange into foil tray provided, and heat under a preheated medium grill for six minutes. Turn each slice over, and place back under the grill for a further six minutes. Remove tray from under the grill, pour glaze over slices, and place back under the grill for two minutes. Serve, pouring any excess glaze back over the slices.
