Smoked pork shoulder cooked for 10 hours, with bourbon rub and a smoky whiskey glaze. Ready to eat in 25 minutes. Serves 2. Our pork shoulder has been tumbled in a Tennessee whiskey rub and then smoked over oakwood chips. It is then slow cooked for 10 hours for you, so the meat is succulent and tender; all you have to do is finish in the oven with the glaze for 25 mins. Our pork comes from British outdoor bred pigs, housed in straw bedded airy barns.

Oven cook

OVEN HEAT. Preheat oven. Empty meat and liquor into foil tray provided, and cover with foil. Cook for 20 minutes. Remove foil, drain off liquor, and pour contents of sauce sachet over meat. Cook for a further 5 minutes. Serve. (Time 25 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
