Size and thickness of fish may vary, cook times are given as guidance, please note that larger thicker pieces may take longer to cook.
Remove all packaging. Place the smoked haddock in a large pan and barely cover with cold water. Bring to a gentle simmer. Cover with a lid. Simmer on a low heat until thoroughly cooked and the flakes can be gently parted with a fork. (Time 8-10 mins)
