Remove all packaging. Wrap hake loosely, in a lightly oiled, tin foil parcel. Place parcel on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Cook for 16-18 minutes. Check food is piping hot. (Time 16-18 minutes, Oven: 200, Fan: 180, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
