Oven cook
From Chilled
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place lamb in a roasting tin in the oven. Leave to rest in a warm place for 10-15 minutes before carving. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time Medium Cook for 25 mins + 25 mins per 500g. Well done Cook for 30 mins + 30 mins per 500g, Oven: 180°C, Fan: 160°C, Gas: Gas Mark 4)
