Shallow fry

Pan Fry. Medium Heat …Rare 6-8 mins. Medium 10-12 mins ……Preheat 1 tsp of oil in a frying pan. Add steak, cook on medium heat, turn frequently to prevent burning. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. Due to the natural variability in the thickness of the meat, the cooking instructions provided are a base guide. For thicker steaks, additional cooking time may be required. Once cooked, place any apricots left in the pan on top of the steak, cover with foil and allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving.


Take extra care when barbecuing. Cook first and barbecue to finish.
