Remove the burgers from the packaging. Cook on a preheated oiled baking tray for 20 minutes, turning halfway through cooking. For best results, pan fry for 2 minutes on either side before finishing in the oven for the remaining 16 minutes. After cooking, allow to stand for 1 minute before serving. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 20 minutes, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
