Rare 20 mins per 500g (1/2kg) + 20 mins. Medium 25 mins per 500g (1/2kg) + 25 mins. Well Done 30 mins per 500g (1/2kg) + 30 mins. Preheat oven. Place in a roasting tin in centre of oven. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. Leave to rest in a warm place for 10-15 mins before carving. (Oven: 180°C, Fan: 160°C, Gas: Gas Mark 4)
