Grill

Time: 20-25 minutes. Preheat grill on medium setting. Remove all packaging but retain sachet of glaze. Place pork fillet directly on the grill pan and turn once after 10 minutes. Remove from grill 10 minutes later, brush the glaze over the top and grill for further 5 minutes. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Take extra care when barbecuing. Cook first and barbecue to finish.
