  • Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear.. Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw game fowl. Preparation do not wash game fowl before cooking. May contain lead shot


Total Cook Time: 5 - 6 minutes. Preheat 15g butter in a frying pan over a high heat. Remove all packaging. Once butter is hot, place breasts in the pan. Cook for 30 seconds, then reduce to a medium heat. Cook for a further 4 minutes 30 seconds - 5 minutes 30 seconds, turning occasionally during cooking.
