Meet the craft distiller from Northamptonshire whose new bee-friendly gin is creating a buzz A 200-year-old barn on Falls Farm in the village of Harrington, Northamptonshire, is the home of Warner Edwards, a craft gin distillery launched by husband and wife team Tom and Tina Warner (above) in 2012. Locally sourced botanicals are key to the Warner Edwards philosophy: rhubarb, sloes and elderflower, and now honey from the farm’s hives, are just some of the ingredients that go into its range of excellent small-batch gins, which are all distilled in a gleaming copper pot still called ‘Curiosity’. Every bottle is still wax-sealed and labelled by hand
Farm Born British Gins. Soft honey, floral & zesty. With a dollop of honey from our farm's beehives. Released in partnership with the Royal Horticultural Society to protect our pollinators, our Honeybee Gin is crafted with 28 botanicals, including lavender, rose and a dollop of honey from our farm's own beehives. For a perfect G&T, serve our Honeybee Gin with Fever-Tree Mediterranean tonic water, garnish with a slice of lemon or fresh sage leaves, then raise a glass with us: to craft, to the land, to laughter, and loved ones. Join us in our shared mission with the RHS to save the bees and pollinate our hedgerows by growing your own bee sanctuary with the wildflower seeds inside!
