Ensure the surface of the meat is throughly cooked.
Slow Roast Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place lamb on oven tray and loosely wrap with foil. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. Rest in a warm place for 10-15 minutes before carving. (Time 40 mins per 500g + 40 mins Oven: 170°C, Fan: 150°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 3)
