Instructions are guidelines. Preheat oven to 200°C, Gas 6, Fan 180°C. Remove all packaging. Place sea bass on a pre-heated baking tray, lined with parchment paper, in centre of oven. Cook for 35-40 minutes. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. (Time 35-40 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
