William Fèvre is internationally recognised as one of the world?s most highly regarded Chablis producers. Their Winemaker Didier Séguier, IWC White Winemaker of the Year 2018, has overseen the remarkable improvements seen at William Fèvre since 1998. The Fèvre estate is already organically farmed but plans to convert to Certified Organic viticulture by 2024.Pronounced nose of fruit and flowers, with lovely freshness and minerality. Generous palate, and beautifuly rounded. Perfect with fish, shellfish and seafood, grilled or in a cream sauce. Poultry and white meat, grilled or in a cream sauce.
