Preparation and Usage
To Defrost: Microwave (800W) 1. Alternatively place half a pack (250g) of frozen Edamame on a microwaveable bowl and cover. 2. Defrost for approximately 4 minutes or adjust the cooking time as necessary for different power settings.

(800 watts).1. Place two cups (300g) of frozen shelled-edamame in a microwave-safe container.2. Add two tablespoons of water and cover.3. Cook on full power for four to five minutes.
1. Place two cups of frozen shelled-edamame in a steaming basket.2. Place the basket in a saucepan and add water to just below the basket.3. Cover and bring to the boil, allowing the product to steam for four to five minutes.
1. Bring two litres of water to the boil in a large saucepan.2. Add two cups (300g) of frozen shelled-edamame.3. Return to the boil and simmer for five minutes. Do not cover.4. Drain and season with salt to taste (optional).
