  • 230ml whole milk
  • 50g unsalted butter, cubed
  • 500g strong white bread flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground mixed spice
  • tsp ground cinnamon
  • 60g golden caster sugar
  • 7g easy bake yeast
  • 1 large egg
  • 100g raisins
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil, for greasing
