Enjoy a twist on a classic. Muddle 5 frozen raspberries and 2 thin slices of fresh ginger in a cocktail shaker. Pour in 50ml vodka, 15ml sugar syrup and 20ml lime juice and fill with ice. Shake hard and strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Top with ginger beer, stir and garnish with a mint sprig and a frozen raspberry
