Nathan Outlaw is one of the most exciting chefs in Britain today. Restaurant Nathan Outlaw in Port Isaac, Cornwall is The Good Food Guide 2019 number one restaurant, a position it's held for two years running. Since 2011 it has held two Michelin stars  – the only fish restaurant in the UK to have done so. 

In his new book, Nathan has selected 80 of his favourite recipes that feature on the restaurant’s menu. Below, he shares three of them with you to try at home.
