    Beef Stir Fry


    • 500g Aberdeen Angus beef
    • 1 pepper
    • 1 bunch of spring onions
    • 1 head of pak choi
    • A small piece of ginger
    • 4 cloves of garlic
    • A little soy sauce


    1. Slice 500g of Aberdeen Angus diced beef into fine strips.
    2. Heat a wok with non-scented oil to smoking point, add the beef and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
    3. Toss in a sliced pepper, a bunch of sliced spring onions and 1 head of pak choi, finely shredded.
    4. Add a small piece of ginger and 4 cloves of garlic, peeled and finely diced, along with a few tablespoons of water.
    5. Fry for a further 2 minutes, finish with a little soy sauce and serve.
