Chilli jam sausages

1 tbsp oil
454g pack essential Waitrose British Pork 8 Sausages
1 large onion, sliced
100g Stokes Chilli Jam
250g pack mushrooms, thickly sliced
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
8 hot dog rolls
1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the sausages and onion for 4-5 minutes until golden.
2. Stir in the jam, mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce and 100ml water and cook for 5-6 minutes until the sauce has thickened and the sausages are cooked through with no pink meat.
3. Cut the rolls open across the top and fill with chilli jam sausages. Serve with salad.
