    Chocolate Coffee Martini

    • Preparation time: 20 minutes, plus chilling
    • Total time: 20 minutes, plus chilling 20 minutes

    Serves: 2

    • 40g white chocolate, broken into chunks
    • 120ml vodka
    • 60ml Kahlúa liqueur
    • 2 tsp chocolate extract
    • Handful of ice cubes
    • Chocolate-covered coffee beans, to serve

    1. Put the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of just-boiled water. Leave to melt. Stir briefly and, once smooth, pour on to a saucer. Dip the rims of 2 martini glasses in the chocolate. Put in the fridge to set.
    2. Put the vodka, Kahlúa and chocolate extract in a cocktail shaker with the ice and shake until the drink is cold. Strain into the chilled glasses. Drop a few white- and milk-chocolate-covered coffee beans into each, and serve.
