Chocolate Coffee Martini

Ingredients

40g white chocolate, broken into chunks

120ml vodka

60ml Kahlúa liqueur

2 tsp chocolate extract

Handful of ice cubes

Chocolate-covered coffee beans, to serve
Method

Put the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of just-boiled water. Leave to melt. Stir briefly and, once smooth, pour on to a saucer. Dip the rims of 2 martini glasses in the chocolate. Put in the fridge to set.

Put the vodka, Kahlúa and chocolate extract in a cocktail shaker with the ice and shake until the drink is cold. Strain into the chilled glasses. Drop a few white- and milk-chocolate-covered coffee beans into each, and serve.
