    Chunky tzatsiki

    The perfect accompaniment for roast lamb or chicken.

    • ½ cucumber, chopped
    • 4 salad onions, sliced
    • 2 tbsp chopped mint
    • 2 tbsp chopped dill
    • 500g low-fat yogurt
    • grated zest of 1 lemon
    • 1 crushed garlic clove


    1. Cut ½ cucumber in half lengthways and remove the seeds. Chop, then mix with 4 sliced salad onions and 2 tbsp each chopped mint and dill.
    2. Add 500g low-fat yogurt, the grated zest of 1 lemon and 1 crushed garlic clove. Season with pepper, mix and drizzle with olive oil. Eat with toasted pitta, roast lamb or chicken.
