    Dried Cherry, Almond and Coconut Granola

    Make in advance and store in an airtight container for 1-2 weeks' worth of breakfasts.

    Makes: 10-12 servings


    • 500g Waitrose Rolled Porrige Oats
    • 100g blanched whole almonds
    • 100g desiccated coconut
    • 227g Waitrose Pure Clear Honey
    • 100g Forest Feast Berries & Cherries


    1. Place 500g Waitrose Rolled Porridge Oats, 100g blanched whole almonds, roughly chopped, and 100g desiccated coconut in a large mixing bowl. Warm the contents of a 227g jar Waitrose Pure Clear Honey and stir into the dry ingredients.
    2. Spread onto a large baking tray and bake in the oven at 180°C, gas mark 4 for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden. When cool, stir in 100g Forest Feast Berries & Cherries, roughly chopped. Serve with chilled milk or use as a topping for yogurt or fruit.
