Easy Mousse with Cardamom and Orange

Make the mousse and chill in the fridge for up to 6 hours in advance. Adding the sugar gradually to the firm egg whites ensures a marshmallow-like consistency with a glossy finish.
This recipe contains raw egg and is therefore not suitable for the young, pregnant women, elderly people and those whose immune systems are weak.
