Green breakfast smoothie

1 Waitrose Perfectly Ripe Avocado, roughly chopped
80g essential Waitrose Green Seedless Grapes
80g baby spinach
1 tsp chia seeds
1. Put the avocado, banana, grapes and spinach in a blender. Add 400ml water and whizz until smooth and thick.
2. Add the chia seeds and pulse until blended. Pour into 2 glasses and serve straight away.
