cooked plums with cinnamon & some red wine ,whjen cooked & cooled in dish, just scrunch yup filo pastry on top & glaze with melted butter & sprinkle of brown sugar(demerara) cook 160 til just browned ,looks good & much less pastry than pie,could use apple & blackberry this way as well,& rhubarb but haven't tried that yet but on my list " to do" glad to see roasted fruit on your recipe cards now!
