    Healthy Veggie Rice Dish

    This is a delicious dinner that is easy to do when you are in a rush and is super healthy :)

    Serves: 1


    • 75g Brown Basmati Rice
      100g creme fraiche
      handfull of cabbage
      half a red pepper (cut into chunks)
      2 sliced carrots


    1. Get your rice cooking to packet instructions.
    2. Steam your veg for as long as you like it (7 mins suits me)
    3. Mix your veg and rice together in a big saucepan and add the creme fraiche. Cook on low heat for a minute just to heat up the creme fraiche.
