Heston's Cherry Bakewell cranberry sauce

Serves: 6 - 8
300g Waitrose frozen cranberries
70g fruit sugar
2 oranges, juice of 2, grated zest of 1
1 tbsp Heston from Waitrose Cherry Bakewell Vodka
1. Put the cranberries into a small saucepan, add the fruit sugar, orange zest and juice. Add the vodka and stir to combine.
2. Place the pan over a medium heat and bring to a simmer. Cook gently for 10 minutes then set aside to cool.
