Hot smoked mackerel & potato salad

500g Waitrose Baby New Potatoes, halved
Pack of essential Waitrose Hot Smoked Mackerel Fillets
100g bag essential Waitrose Mixed Salad
400g can essential Waitrose Butter Beans, drained
3 tbsp Waitrose Honey & Mustard Dressing
1 essential Waitrose Baguette (optional)
1. Cook the potatoes in boiling water for 15 minutes until tender, then drain.
2. Meanwhile, remove the skin and bones from the mackerel and break into chunks. Mix with the salad, drained butter beans and dressing.
3. Toss in the hot potatoes and serve with hunks of baguette.
