    Italian braised chicken pasta

    essential Waitrose British Chicken Breast Fillets, diced, about 500g
    200ml chicken stock
    350g tub essential Waitrose Tomato And Basil Sauce
    40g essential Waitrose Pitted Green Olives, sliced
    500g pack essential Waitrose Tagliatelle
    25g pack Waitrose Cooks’ Ingredients Basil, shredded


    1. Preheat the oven to 200°C, gas mark 6.

    2. Place the chicken in an ovenproof dish. Mix together the stock, tomato and basil sauce and olives, and pour over the chicken. Bake for 30 minutes.

    3. Meanwhile, cook the tagliatelle in boiling water for 4 minutes. Drain and return to the pan. Stir in the basil, chicken and the sauce, and mix to coat evenly.
