Ingredients
- 1 spanish manchego cheese
- 1 quince cheese
Method
- Between the main dish and pudding, prolong the feast with a cheese course. Try mellow Spanish manchego, with its traditional tart-but-sweet accompaniment, quince cheese (Delicias Pure Quince Cheese, available from the Cheese Service Counter).
Serving tips
A glass of sherry would be perfect here.
